Caroline Coleman

Caroline is the mother of Kyle, her non-speaking autistic son, now aged 39, and a lifelong explorer of communication beyond spoken language. Their journey began at Kyle’s birth and unfolded through decades of lived experience, curiosity, and deep listening. While Caroline immersed herself in the study of autism early on, it was later—through her introduction to lucid dreaming and dream-awake states of consciousness—that a profound and effective form of connection emerged. Within these altered yet natural states, Caroline discovered a capacity for regulation, calm, and direct communication that transcended words. Over time, Kyle himself initiated and guided shared lucid dream experiences, revealing insights into his inner world, emotional wellbeing, and rich creative life, including his musical abilities. These experiences transformed how Caroline understands consciousness, communication, and human connection, and fundamentally reshaped the way she supports her son. Drawing on more than 30 years of lived experience, Caroline run a Facebook group of fifteen thousand members, teaches online Dream-Telepathy courses and facilitates Lucid Dream workshops in the UK. Her and Kyle’s story is featured in The Telepathy Tapes and an upcoming documentary. Alongside this, Caroline runs a functional health clinic and practices as a Craniosacral therapist.
